Jennifer Carter formed Business Risk Consulting with a vision to provide business process improvement and management solutions as a cost effective alternative to audit firms and management consultancies.

Jennifer began her career with Standard Chartered Bank before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers where she managed business improvement projects for high profile clients in the manufacturing, retail, financial and public sectors. After six successful years with PwC she joined SSL International plc as Head of IT Assurance. Later she was appointed as Head of Risk Management at Focus Wickes plc and established a group internal audit function in advance of flotation.

Business Risk Consulting differentiates itself and adds more real value by staffing projects with 'Big 4' experienced professionals who supplement years of consulting expertise by holding senior management positions in the 'real world'.

We also work on the basis of knowledge transfer, so although we plan, lead and undertake assignments, we know that it is in your long-term interest to transfer our skills to your people along the way.
